Capacity Building Projects

L&G understands the demands that many agencies and community-based providers face in meeting the needs of the individuals and communities they serve. We support organizations at all stages of growth and equip them with the knowledge, skills, and resources to propel them to the next level.

L&G provides for-profit and non-profit organizations with technical assistance that helps them become a contracted vendor of the New York City Department of Education. Specifically, we work closely with organizations to generate the competitive, evidence-based, “best-value” proposal required to secure the Multiple Task Award Contract (MTAC). The MTAC enables organizations to be entered into a database of vendors that schools or districts may select for services they need that cost more than $25,000.
