L&G Research and Evaluation Consulting, Inc. (L&G) is a NYS and NYC certified M/WBE company, founded in 2011 by Drs. Ana Maria Grigoras, PhD, and Danielle Lawrence-Campbell, DrPH, who own and manage the firm. Together they have over 26 years of experience providing data management, program evaluation, monitoring, research, and capacity-building services in New York City. Their combined qualifications and experience, direct involvement in every project and hands-on management ensure exceptional leadership and coordination of every research and evaluation project. They lead a team of highly trained evaluators who draw on their expertise in research and evaluation design, data collection, analysis, and reporting to examine the operations and effects of programs in order to improve the quality of services.

L&G’s founders also possess extensive grant writing and program development expertise. In the last 3 years, they have secured 35 grants totaling over $23M in funding from federal, state, and private sources including the US Department of Education, the New York State Department of Education, the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, US Department of Health and Human Services, and Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation. L&G’s effectiveness in both securing competitive grants and conducting rigorous evaluations make us an ideal partner for both new and experienced organizations seeking to improve and expand their service capacity.
